We have known Steve Roesner for over three decades. In his early years, I observed him as an effective sales and marketing leader with a local manufacturer of sports and fulfillment apparel. Later, he excelled as an operational manager and divisional president for two other manufacturing organizations, where his contributions played a key role in their significant growth and success.
As a lifelong resident of Orange City, Iowa, home to our family business since 1926, I have also witnessed Steve’s dedication to public service. During his 25 years as a City Council member, he worked collaboratively with fellow council members and the community to help drive the city’s progress.
About eight years ago, I invited Steve to join Diamond Vogel as a divisional president. Under his leadership, the business unit underwent a successful restructuring, resulting in substantial growth and improved returns on investment.
